Overview
Day 1 (December 15, 2025) - ARRIVAL IN GOA BY FLIGHT
−Arrive at Goa Airport and meet our representative for a smooth transfer to the hotel. Distance from Goa Airport to North Goa hotels is approx. 40–45 km / 1 to 1.5 hours, and to South Goa hotels is approx. 20–30 km / 30 to 60 minutes depending on accommodation location. Check in at the hotel and relax. The rest of the day is free for leisure — enjoy nearby beaches, swimming pool, seaside cafés or explore local surroundings on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 (December 16, 2025) - FULL DAY NORTH GOA SIGHTSEEING (SIC)
+Day 3 (December 17, 2025) - FULL DAY SOUTH GOA SIGHTSEEING (SIC)
+Day 4 (December 18, 2025) - DEPARTURE FROM GOA AIRPORT

Payments:
- Minimum 40% advance is required at the time of booking to block hotels, transportation, and travel arrangements.
- Remaining 60% balance must be paid at least 15 days before the travel date.
- For last-minute bookings (within 15 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- Accepted payment modes: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm), Cash deposit, or Cheque (subject to realization).

Cancellation Policy & Airline Cancellation Policy
- Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
- 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
- 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
- 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
- Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
- In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
Airline Cancellation Policy:
- Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not get any refund for flights.
