Overview
Day 1 (January 22, 2026) - Day 1: Leh Arrival
−Hello And Julley, Welcome to Leh. And finally, your dream trip is going to start. We will start our services from the Airport. We will pick you and transfer to the hotel. It will be acclimatization day and you will rest for a day which is very important. Later in the evening, you can visit Leh bazaar, Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace (Or these sightseeings can be done on 2nd day). Overnight Stay in Hotel.
Day 2 (January 23, 2026) - Day 2: Leh To Sham Valley (45 Kms – 1 Hrs One Way)
+Day 3 (January 24, 2026) - Day 3: Leh To Nubra Valley Via Khardung La Pass (125 Kms – 5 Hrs)
+Day 4 (January 25, 2026) - Day 4: Nubra To Pangong Via Shyok (160 Kms – 5 Hrs)
+Day 5 (January 26, 2026) - Day 5: Pangong To Leh (130 Kms – 5 Hrs)
+Day 6 (January 27, 2026) - Day 6: Departure

Payments:
- Minimum 40% advance is required at the time of booking to block hotels, transportation, and travel arrangements.
- Remaining 60% balance must be paid at least 15 days before the travel date.
- For last-minute bookings (within 15 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
- Accepted payment modes: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm), Cash deposit, or Cheque (subject to realization).

- Expenses of personal nature such as table drinks, Water bottles, snacks, telephone calls, laundry, camera fees, tips to drivers, local guides, and hotel staff…etc.
- Airport Pick up & Drop
- Any kind of Biking gear (such as Elbow Guard, Knee Guard, Riders Jacket...etc.)
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks... etc to be borne by the client directly on the spot
- Any other item which is not specified under cost inclusions
- Any entrance fee to the monastery and monuments
- Travel Insurance Or Any Covid Test Fees
- Any item, activity, or facility other than clearly mentioned within the inclusions & itinerary above
Cancellation Policy & Airline Cancellation Policy
- Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
- 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
- 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
- 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given
- Please Note: Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.
- In peak season (example: long weekends, festival season, summer vacation etc.) most of the hotels charge 100% cancellation
Airline Cancellation Policy:
- Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not get any refund for flights.
