BHUTAN 6N/7D - 12 April by Flight

(Distance: approx. 150–170 km / Travel Time: 5–6 hrs)
After breakfast, complete the immigration formalities with the assistance of our team. Once permits are issued, begin your beautiful drive to Thimphu through lush forests, mountain valleys, and scenic viewpoints. Stop en route at a charming waterfall for photography and refreshments. Reach Thimphu by afternoon/evening and check in at the hotel. Spend the rest of the day relaxing or strolling around the city centre.

After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to Punakha, travelling via the scenic Dochula Pass, which offers panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges on clear days along with the famous 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens. On reaching Punakha, visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong, beautifully located at the confluence of two rivers, followed by a walk on the Punakha Suspension Bridge, one of the longest in Bhutan. After completing sightseeing, return to Thimphu by evening. Overnight stay at Thimphu.

In the morning, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Thimphu, visiting famous landmarks including the Buddha Dordenma statue, Memorial Chorten, Tashichho Dzong, and the Folk Heritage Museum. Later, after lunch, begin your drive to Paro, a picturesque valley town home to many of Bhutan’s iconic landmarks. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. The evening is free for leisure activities.

After an early breakfast, proceed for the unforgettable hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang Lhakhang), Bhutan’s most revered and photographed landmark. The trek offers stunning views of the Paro valley and a deeply spiritual experience as the monastery clings dramatically to a cliffside. After completing the hike, return to the hotel to relax and recover from the trek. The rest of the day is free for leisure.

After Breakfast Check out to the Hotel, and proceed directly to Phuentsholing by road. The scenic journey takes you through winding Himalayan roads, lush green valleys, and charming mountain villages. En route, enjoy short breaks for tea and photography. On arrival in Phuentsholing, check in at your hotel and relax after the long drive. Dinner and overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport. Board your flight for the return journey to Nagpur/Pune /Mumbai , carrying beautiful memories of Bhutan.
